Has it been four weeks since the Picture Day Event took place?
Please allow up to four weeks for delivery. Your order will be shipped to the school and the school will distribute the orders.
Please check your child's backpack (or ask them to check their locker). If they don't remember receiving their Picture Package, contact the school to ensure that all Picture Packages have been distributed. After doing these checks, if you still have not found your order, return to this process to submit a Missing Order ticket.

A missing order ticket has been created and submitted to Customer Service. You will receive an email with your ticket number shortly. A Customer Service Agent will review your information and reply via email.
Create Missing Order Ticket
We need to open a Missing Order ticket with our Customer Service Department. Please complete the following information:
Please know that the health and well-being of our schools and their students, our employees and every community is top priority, and we are doing everything we can to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Our photography team has updated procedures and implemented preventive measures that include, but are not limited to:
Student Masks - Our intent is to photograph all students without a mask. Students will be asked by a school employee or volunteer to remove their mask when it's their turn to be photographed. Inter-State photographers cannot require a student to remove their mask. If a student prefers, they will be photographed with their mask on.
Social Distancing- The distance between the camera and a student is over 6 feet. We will work with school administration to utilize the largest and most open space in your school available, to aid in distancing.
Photographers will wear face coverings as required.
Sanitation of Photo Equipment- Cameras, equipment and stools will be sanitized between every class or group.
No-touch Order Envelope Collection- We are working to be 100% paperless this year, with all ordering done safely online. In the rare case that your school absolutely needs Order Flyers, a collection container will be available to place Order Envelopes.
Whenever possible, we will keep the same teams of photographers together, minimizing their exposure to other photographers.
Our Production Facilities
Inter-State Studio follows local, state and national health care expert guidance and recommendations. Our current requirements for employees include:
Social distancing- Employees are encouraged to practice social distancing when able.
Face coverings will be worn as required.
Objects and surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected as required.
Staying home if the employee or anyone in the household is experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19.
In addition, working from home is encouraged whenever possible, reducing the number of people in our buildings.
Additionally, we will continue to follow guidance from local authorities in each of the communities we work in regarding further developments and will accommodate additional school requirements when necessary. Your safety and peace of mind is important to us, and we hope this better informs you of the measures we have put in place.
