How can we help you?
Due to a recent rise in COVID-19 cases, our staff has been temporarily reduced. It will take us approximately 7-10 days to respond to your inquiry. Before submitting an inquiry, take a look at the answers to our Frequently Asked Questions below, we may be able to assist you there.
Find a Picture Date & Order Code
Looking to find when a Picture event will be or the order code to preorder pictures? Visit us here and enter your school information. We'll provide picture dates and ordering information.
Note: Pre-ordering for Spring pictures closes at 11:59 p.m. the night before Picture Day. If you have missed the deadline, please send a picture envelope with your child on Picture Day to ensure they are photographed. We may only photograph purchasing students for Spring photography.
View Child's Picture - Unique Order Code Lookup
You will need your child's unique order code to view their picture while placing an order. There are multiple ways to find this order code.
After Picture Day, you will receive a 9-10 digit unique order code to view your child's picture. These codes will either be emailed or sent home with your child approximately 3-4 weeks after Picture Day.
You may have also already saved the picture to your account. Check the Your Pictures section in your Account to see if it may have already been saved.
Otherwise, if it is 3-4 weeks after Picture Day, you may request the unique order code from us here. We will email you access to any pictures that we have linked to your email address. If we don't have any pictures linked, we will ask for additional information and verify your request with the school.
Note: Students not photographed on Spring Picture Day, will not have a unique order code.
Find a Retake Date
If we have a Retake Date scheduled for your school, you can look it up here. We only offer Retakes on Fall School Picture events.
If your child was absent on the original Picture Day and you've already prepaid, there is nothing else you need to do. We will match your order to their photo taken on Retake Day.
If your child will be photographed on Retake Day and you haven't ordered, online ordering will be available on this page approximately 1 week before Retake Day.
If you've received a picture package or digital download product and your child wishes to have a Retake, contact the school to let them know your child will be participating in Retake Day. Then return the picture package envelope and it's contents to the photographer on Retake Day. Customers only ordering a digital download product should still have a picture package envelope with a thank you slip to return. The items originally ordered will be reproduced using the new picture. We cannot exchange your order with the Retake photo until the picture package envelope and it's contents have been returned.
Note: If you received a class picture or yearbook with your original order, please keep these items. They will not be included in the new picture package.
When or how will I receive my Digital Image?
The method in which you placed your order and the timing of when your order was placed all determine how your Digital Image download will be provided. We do this for security purposes.
If you ordered a Digital Image by envelope, online using a 6-7 digit prepay order code or a unique order code prior to color editing completion, a Thank You slip (see sample below) will be sent home from school in a package envelope 3-4 weeks after Picture Day. The Thank You slip will include an Order Code & Pin to add the Digital Image to your Inter-State account for access.
Note: If you received an email stating your child's picture is ready to view/order, this is not your download. Your download instructions will be provided as stated above. Digital Images are not available to add to your account until after color editing is complete.
If you ordered a Digital Image using your child’s 9-10 digit unique order code after color editing is complete, an email notification will be sent stating the Digital Image is ready. Digital Images are generally available within 36-48 hours of placing the order. All Digital Images are available for download as often as you like from the Downloads section of your account.
If you are unsure of how you were to receive your Digital Image, and your order was placed online, check your Order Confirmation. It will indicate if you will be notified by email. Emails will come from issnet@inter-state.com.
I have not received my child's Order Code & Pin
Please check with the school to determine if picture packages have been distributed at the school. Often, a picture package envelope may still be at the school or in your child’s backpack.
If picture packages have been distributed at school and you did not receive your child’s Order Code & Pin, please contact customer servicehere and follow these instructions:
Under customer issue, select "Missing Download Information".
Enter the Order Code printed on the back of the picture package envelope in the Order Code field.
If you did not receive a picture package envelope you may enter your online Order Confirmation number in this field or Unknown
Upon receipt of your request, you will be notified by email when the download is available in your account.
Where is my order?
If your order is shipping to your child’s school, those orders generally arrive 3-4 weeks after Picture Day. If your order is shipping to a home address, those orders generally take 14-21 days to arrive. To determine if your order shipped to home or school visit the Order History page of your account. Orders placed with a payment envelope will ship to the school.
If your order was shipped to the school, please check your child’s backpack or contact the school to ensure all Picture Packages have been distributed. If the Picture Package cannot be located and it is 3-4 weeks after Picture Day, complete the form to report a missing order. A Customer Service Agent will reply to your inquiry via email.
Please know that the health and well-being of our schools and their students, our employees and every community is top priority, and we are doing everything we can to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Picture Day
Our photography team has updated procedures and implemented preventive measures that include, but are not limited to:
Student Masks- Our intent is to photograph all students without a mask. Students will be asked by a school employee or volunteer to remove their mask when it's their turn to be photographed. Inter-State photographers cannot require a student to remove their mask. If a student prefers, they will be photographed with their mask on.
Social Distancing- The distance between the camera and a student is over 6 feet. Paper tape will be used to mark 6 feet apart for the student lines. We will work with school administration to utilize the largest and most open space in your school available, to aid in distancing.
Photographers are required to wear face coverings.
Sanitation of Photo Equipment- Cameras, equipment and stools will be sanitized between every class or group.
No-touch Order Envelope Collection- We are working to be 100% paperless this year, with all ordering done safely online. In the rare case that your school absolutely needs Order Flyers, a collection container will be available to place Order Envelopes. Personnel that handle Order Envelopes are required to wear gloves and a mask, reducing the amount of shared contact.
Whenever possible, we will keep the same teams of photographers together, minimizing their exposure to other photographers.
Our Production Facilities
Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. follows local, state and national health care expert guidance and recommendations. Our current requirements for employees include:
Social distancing- Employees maintaining 6 feet distancing from each other.
Face coverings worn when social distancing cannot be maintained.
Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of objects and surfaces.
Weekly written screenings of employees which check for symptoms, inform us of any travel or possible exposure to those exhibiting symptoms.
Staying home if the employee or anyone in the household is experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19.
Minimized visits to other work areas and buildings.
In addition, working from home is encouraged whenever possible, reducing the number of people in our buildings.
Additionally, we will continue to follow guidance from local authorities in each of the communities we work in regarding further developments and will accommodate additional school requirements when necessary. Your safety and peace of mind is important to us, and we hope this better informs you of the measures we have put in place.
