Online pre-ordering for Spring pictures closes at 11:59 p.m. the night before Picture Day. If you have missed the deadline, please send a picture envelope to school with your child on Picture Day to ensure they are photographed. We only photograph purchasing students for Spring photography.
You may purchase pictures before Picture Day by entering the 6-7 digit code shown on your child's flyer. If you do not have the flyer, you can look up the code below.
After Picture Day, you will receive a 9-10 digit unique code to view your child's picture and place an order. These codes will be sent home with your child approximately 3-4 weeks after Picture Day.
If it is 3-4 weeks after Picture Day, you may request the code from us here.
The thank you slip inside your picture package will include download instructions. Picture packages should arrive 3-4 weeks after Picture Day.
When you receive the picture package, complete the following instructions to access your download:
Note: If you received an email stating your child's pictures are ready to view and order, your download instructions will be provided as stated above.

Find the Order Code printed on the back of the picture package envelope and enter it in the Order Code field.
Upon receipt of your request, you will be notified by email when the download is available in your account.
Picture packages including a class picture will be delivered separately from the picture package. To verify if a class picture should be included, check the reorder slip included in your picture package. If class pictures are a part of your picture package, there will be an important note to parents and students saying that the class picture will be delivered later in the school year. This allows us to deliver your picture packages in a timely manner, while creating a class picture that is complete with retakes and new students. Class pictures are normally delivered in early spring.
If your order was shipped to the school, please contact the school to ensure that all picture packages have been distributed. If the package still can't be located, complete the form to report a missing order. A Customer Service Agent will research and respond via email within 24 business hours.
The picture package that was originally ordered will be reproduced using the retake picture. The new picture package will be delivered to the school.
Note: If you received a class picture or yearbook with your original order, please keep these items. They will not be included in the new picture package.
Download information and instructions will be printed on the thank you slip. Thank you slips will be sent home with your child 3-4 weeks after picture day.

Yes, an account is required to retrieve digital download. Your purchased download will be safely stored in your account for as long as you want. To have a download removed from your account, please contact Customer Service.
Downloads ordered using a 9-10 digit unique order code are typically available in 36 hours or less.
Download orders placed before Picture Day will be available approximately 3 weeks after Picture Day.
Upon receipt of your request, you will be notified by email when the download is available in your account.
The digital download includes 3 files: an 8x10 Image, a 5x7 Image and a copyright release. The image files are made using the selections picked during the ordering process. The download will include 1 style, 1 pose and any enhancements.
The 8x10 and 5x7 image files can be used to best print specific-size prints.
8x10 Image is 2400 pixels x 3000 pixels. This resolution-size image will produce quality prints at or above industry standards for 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20 size pictures.
5x7 Image is 1500 pixels x 2100 pixels. This file size is suitable for reproducing 5x7 and smaller size prints. Using this image to reproduce your smaller-sized pictures will ensure styles are not cut off when printing your pictures.

The download 8x10 file is 2400 pixels x 3000 pixels. This resolution-size image will produce quality prints at or above industry standards for 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20 size pictures.
The download 5x7 file is 1500 pixels x 2100 pixels. This file size is suitable for reproducing 5x7 and smaller size prints. Using this image to reproduce your smaller-sized pictures will ensure styles are not cut off when printing your pictures.
Our sports program offers a choice of styles to be printed as a border around the team photo. The finished size of the entire print is a 5 x 7 size. We do not currently offer team photos without a style.

We will be the 800 number that is calling at your scheduled time. We will make two attempts to reach you, but if for some reason we are unable to reach you, you can schedule a new call-back time and we'll call again.
We do not offer retakes for Spring photography sessions, due to the timing of production and the end of the school year.
To limit the amount of time spent outside of the classroom, we only photograph the purchasing students for Spring photography. Online ordering has already turned off.
Please contact the school immediately and have them send your child to be photographed.
After the photos have been processed, we will send a 2nd Chance flyer home with your child. It will include a 9-10 digit unique Order Code so you can view your child's photo and place an order.
Add-On items are sold at a discounted price after a picture package has been purchased and cannot be purchased individually without purchasing a package. However, if you only need a specific item, those can be ordered from our Photo Gift store in the Additional Prints section. Visit https://inter-state.com/PhotoGifts and enter your 9-10 digit Order Code when prompted to select an image. The 9-10 digit Order Codes are usually available 3-4 weeks after Picture Day.
Thank you for your order. It is not necessary to print the order confirmation and send it to the school on Picture Day.
To verify that the picture on your CD is correct, open your CD and view the picture file saved. If you are not satisfied with the picture on the CD, please contact us.
Orders placed before Picture Day that ship to the school do not incur shipping charges. These orders will ship in bulk back to the school. Orders placed after Picture Day, regardless if they are shipping to home or school, will incur a shipping charge. These orders are shipped individually to the specified location.
If you would like your child's name included on the photo, please mark "Yes" when asked "Would you like to add your child's name to each picture?".

An exchange is a small wallet-size photo that measures 2 1/3x1 2/3. These are the perfect size for students to exchange with their friends.
Thank you for your order. For the security of your child, orders placed using the 6-7 digit Order Code will always ship back to the school and will be sent home with your child. Your order also included items ordered with a 9-10 digit Order Code. Because these codes are unique to each child, we can ship these items to you directly. These items will ship to the address specified during the ordering process.
There are several reasons why an Order Code may not work. A specific error message stating why an Order Code does not work will display. Please keep in mind, when entering the Order Code, that we use the numeral zero (0) and not the letter O and the numeral one (1) and not the letter l (l). Prepay Order Codes, which are generic Order Codes used to order before Picture Day, can be looked up at https://inter-state.com/FlyerEntry/Lookup.

Unfortunately, we do not keep yearbook files from previous school years. We would recommend that you contact the school, sometimes they have leftover yearbooks that they are willing to sell.

Your school administration and Inter-State Representative work together to determine the best picture program for your school. When a speculation program is selected, all students present on Picture Day are photographed.
Approximately 3-4 weeks after Picture Day, a picture package is sent home to parents. Parents may select the prints they would like to purchase and return any remaining prints to the school within 7 days.
Payments can be made online at here or returned to the school using the enclosed envelope.
